Is it possible to create some sort of script that will automatically update/ create a line graph when I change values of an HTML table?

I've added a new section to my dad's website that allows him to update his Grain Bids every day, he's not very educated when it comes to code/scripting. However, he is wondering if there is some way a graph can be automatically updated when he changes the values of the table every day.

The graph would basically show all of the past updates that Dad made to the table.

I'm lost for where to start... all I really know about this particular topic is that I'm going to need some sort of advanced script to get it to work.

So basically I'm asking if anyone here can help get me started, or point me in the direction of someone/thing that can.

Thanks very much!

Javascript is not going to be the solution. A server side language that reads the updates and then adds to the graph would be best.

Plotkit can probably be made to do what you want, but relies on SVG support, for which I believe a plugin is needed in IE.

Wow. That's a lot there. I'm really new to this, is there anyone out there who's willing to help me break it all down? I realize you all have lives and don't want to help some anoying little kid out, but please consider.
