Site MapThe Wizzard 11-24-2002, 04:47 PM Is there a script that will grab all the pages from the site, and create a site map? Gordo 11-24-2002, 06:45 PM A script!? I seriously doubt it. Where would you put/run the code to dl an entire web site!? I have NOT tried any of the following...just found them with an advanced Google search. So, you're on your own if you use any of them... Free trial -- http://www.esalesbiz.com/extra/ See both Link Viewer and eXactMapper Lite: http://www.williamlogan.org/FreewareIndex/WebSiteTools.html Also found eXactMapper Lite at the bottom of this page (w/ screenshots): http://www.exacttrend.com/ The Wizzard 11-24-2002, 07:19 PM Thanks... My site has over 200 pages atleast, and I didnt want to have to create the entire sitemap by hand, if possible. Thanks again! whammy 11-25-2002, 12:14 AM You can do it with Scripting.FileSystemObject, I assume you're still using ASP. Check out the sticky thread in the asp forum. You can also do this with IIS... :) The Wizzard 11-25-2002, 12:24 AM Ya, of course, ASP is the best :p But the site I am doing, their host doesnt support ASP, so im doing it pretty much all with Javascript. whammy 11-25-2002, 12:25 AM Hmm... good luck then. :) |
