Google doesn't seem to be listing any links coming to my site, although I know they exist, and the pages with the links are indexed in google. is this uncommon? anything I can do? does this affect my PageRank (which is 0 lol)?

No it's usual, Google only shows a tiny sample of the backlinks it knows about for any given page. For pages with few links or links it has only recently discovered this often means it will show none. Google does this because they believed (correctly) that people were datamining using the link: command with the ultimate intent of copying competitor link profiles in order to artificially manipulate their rankings.

It does not affect PageRank: this is computed according to all links it knows about.

Moreover, the PageRank you see on your toolbar is not an accurate representation of your real PageRank.

If you want a more accurate representation of your link profile, use Yahoo or MSN.
