IRC connection with c# .NET

I would like to write a .NET web connection to my IRC server. I don't have any idea how a system like this works. Anybody can recommend a beginning point? Or send me a URL which will give me an idea ?

Thanks for the url but I could not find source files there. Plus those are exe applications I am planning to write sth to use on the web. I do not really know if it is possible to do the same thing on the web.
