I am looking for help developing a new business professional networking site. I already have a domain, host, and basic layout but really lack the technical knowledge to run the membership system and tweak the design of the site. I'm looking for someone that knows php, html, css, etc.. to help me in those areas. I'm not looking for a full time commitment but would like to dedicate some significant time to this to make a real run at trying to launch this. I have a strong business background relevant to the theme of the site as well as promotion. I'm not just looking for someone to help out but to be a real partner. This will be a great addition to your resume when it takes off...
