How can viewers register and log in on my site?

How can I get users on my site to register and then log in to view private pages. But they each need a seperate account?

PHP, or some other database on the server side that allows for that kind of thing. Try asking this in one of the server side coding forums, such as the PHP, MySql etc. etc. I don't have any knowledge on the subject myself, but I'm pretty sure you can't do it in HTML/CSS... that's for the styling and positioning on the page ;)

And duplicating your thread won't get you a reply any quicker, it can only lead to flaming... you're lucky Aerospace ain't on at the mo :p
