Printing an HTML page scaled down to wallet size

I have a web page that display a student's insurance information. I would like to be able to add a button to this form so that a user can click it and have the page print out small enough to fold in half and put in his wallet. Any ideas on how I could do this?

Have a look into using a CSS print stylsheet. Alistapart did a really good article for a print stylesheet (http://alistapart.com/articles/goingtoprint/).
