My site is going wonky in IE.

Can anyone help me as to the extra padding below the older post/newer post links on this page (http://tiffandco.blogspot.com/2006/10/i-love-walk-line.html)? This only happens in IE, on every page except for the main page.

Correct (FF):

Wrong!

I've tried different combinations of padding/margin in different divs, and they all end up making one page or another go strange. Any idea what's causing the extra space?

Thanks! :)

Hello _whoosh,

Result: Failed validation, 684 errors
Wow, that has got to be some kind of record! Get it to validate and then maybe someone might stand a chance of debugging it.
Validate here. (http://validator.w3.org/)

Hey Excavator,

It will never validate because my HTML is mostly Blogger code. My CSS validates fine. Is there no hope? :confused:

I don't agree with you there. I've seen blogger code. You can manually edit your own templates html so yes you can make it validate. It seems to be the widget manager script. Do you have control of that?

Maybe for the old Blogger code, but Blogger beta is filled with <b:section>s and <b:include>s that the validator doesn't recognize.

Your issue is your clearing div.

.clear {
clear: both;
}
should be

.clear {
clear: both;
font-size:0;
line-height:0px;
}

I added the code, but the space is still there.

In the div with id="contentWrap" you have all of your content in a paragraph. That paragraph is causing the gap. Remove the p tags. No other block level element like a div or header tag can go inside of a paragraph tag. It is illegal. You seem to do this multiple times. Fix this. Like we said validation is key. Validating would have fixed the error you are currently having. Sure some things you can't fix but some you can.
