Honestly I'm not sure if the HTML/CSS forum or the Javascript forum is the best place to post this, but let's start here (and I suppose the post can always be moved later)....Anyway...

I'm having a slight problem at the following URL: http://www.mediamogulsweb.com/client/parseXML/testingHTML.html

When you double click on a data entry, modify it's contents, and then click outside of the text box, in IE only the category name that is in bold directly to the left of the data/text box moves a little bit, then returns to its normal position when the AJAX completes (when the animated .gif disappears).

Can;t figure out why exactly this is happening, and this doesn;t happen in Mozilla. My guess is it has something to do with the vertical-align property in the CSS class ".working_img"...

Since most of the HTML is embedded in javascript, you will need to view the HTML inside the JS file here: http://www.mediamogulsweb.com/client/parseXML/testingJS.js

Here is the relevant JS/HTML:

function highlight(dataID,event,colorRow,prodID,categoryName)
{
if (event == 2)
{
if (eventFired == "no")
{
eventFired = "yes";
var lineContent = document.getElementById(dataID).innerHTML;
document.getElementById(dataID).style.backgroundColor = "";
document.getElementById(dataID).innerHTML = '<input type="text" id="'+dataID+'Text" value="'+lineContent+'" class="edit_data" style="background-color:'+colorRow+';" onBlur="restoreData(\''+dataID+'\',\''+lineContent+'\','+prodID+',\''+categoryName+'\');" /> <img src="working.gif" style="display:none" class="working_img" id="'+dataID+'Ajax" alt="" />';
document.getElementById(dataID+"Text").focus();
currentHighlight = dataID;
}
}
else if (event == 1)
{
if (eventFired == "no")
{
if (currentHighlight != "")
{
document.getElementById(currentHighlight).style.backgroundColor = "";
document.getElementById(currentHighlight).style.padding = "";
document.getElementById(currentHighlight).style.color = "";
}

if (currentHighlight != dataID)
{
document.getElementById(dataID).style.backgroundColor = "#330099";
document.getElementById(dataID).style.padding = "5px";
document.getElementById(dataID).style.color = "#fff";
currentHighlight = dataID;
}
else
{
currentHighlight = "";
}
}
}
}

The CSS is here: http://www.mediamogulsweb.com/client/parseXML/testingCSS.css

Thanks for any help.

Any input is greatly appreciated, since I I put this question in the wrong forum previously. Thanks.
