Hi,
I am adding a horizontal drop down menu to this page and just want your opinion. I guess this can be a CSS question. The page is done in CSS, but I guess I have to pull in scripts for the menu to help the CSS along. (Though I'd rather not).
1) I can't get the menu from A List Apart to work. It shows up vertical in my IE (http://www.alistapart.com/d/horizdropdowns/horizontal.htm) so I scratched that one off.
2) The company has used Brothercakes menu before so have the license, it's nice but now that I am trying to set it up again it seems a bit heavy. (http://www.udm4.com/)
3) I am liking Son of Suckerfish and have it up and working good. (http://www.htmldog.com/articles/suckerfish/dropdowns/).
I will set both up and compare. (so far just have suckerfish up- http://www.emglab.com/dropdown1/) But I just wonder which would you use?
Which would be better for overall page size and old browser accessibility? This takes precedents over looks for the company.
Any problems editing them later? They want to access/edit it with Dream weaver in design mode.
-Thanks,
Amanda
