keep the div in the same position

Hi all,

I'm working on a website called for Brisbane-based bookkeepers - the javascript should keep the div in the same position when the page scrolls, but it doesn't appear to work in internet explorer. Works fine in Mozilla.

Any help would be much appreciated. The code came from:
