Force pages in your frame

How to keep the url links from breaking frames.
For instatance, I have a link www.externalsite.com, or yahoo.com, when you click them, they may break my frame, so the visitor lost track of my site. What should I to keep the site within my frameset.

JavaScript is not capable of doing that. If it is an external site then you don't have any control over what they do.

That is a reasonable statement. just wondering how ask.com, Hotmail.com trying to keep everything within their framesets.

they don't, really; if any of the sites that they tried to frame, had frame breaking scripts, then Ask.com's frames would be just as broken as yours.
