Hello everyone,

I am a newish web site builder. I have had some brief experience in making static HTML web sites, and now I am making a large web site based on Joomla.

But as to my problem. I have a Joomla website hosted on Go Daddy. But the web site is for small artist-run galleries in Australia. So I purchased an Australian domain: www.crawl.net.au . My website in progress is at: crawl.nh-e.info.

I have set up my Aussie domain to go to my personal site at nh-e.info.

What I would like to do is to have a piece of HTML in nh-e.info that forwards them to crawl.nh-e.info if they had typed in crawl.net.au

If anyone has done this before, let me know!

thanks everyone :)

Nicholas

I have 2 domains, one that I got with go daddy (with the hosting) and another i got in australia. and they both point to the same url: nh-e.info.

I just found some HTML code that I thought might work, but doesn't seem to do anything:

<?PHP

switch ($HTTP_HOST) {

case "www.crawl.net.au":
header("Location: /joomla/index.php");
break;

default:
header("Location: index.html");

)

?>
