I am currently embarking on a web hosting project to create a paid hosting automation system. Due to me being busy I have had no time to start this project so I am looking for a coder to do the work while I am busy. I need a coder who has experience in the following areas:

HTML
CSS
cPanel
WHM
Designing(not needed)
