Could someone with IE7 please take a look and tell me what does or doesn't work?

Erm, you could get IE7 yourself and check it, surely?

Indeed, I could, if this were my own personal computer. I'm on a company machine, and the company does not wish to go to IE7, yet.

It seems to work as well as it does in Firefox. But looking at it, I think you've got far bigger issues than whether it works on IE7.

For instance?

The fact that it looks - and reads - as if it was built about 10 years ago.

What suggestions do you have to make it better?

Lose the animated blue arrows. Change the font to something other than Times New Roman. Lose the frames. Use a different background image, change the default link color. Don't rely on javascript for your button rollovers to work. Your navigation should be an unordered or ordered list not a bunch of <br> tags. On your header page, don't use inline styles, don't use the align attribute as that is old and shouldn't be used anymore.
