I moved a site from one server to another and I noticed within the html code such as
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> -- does anyone know what language this is and what is supposed to be doing?

It looks like a normal html comment.

yes but for some reason i see it on the page -- not like a comment which you only see when viewing source.

The html in the frame from the example is
http://www.menachemherman.com/guest.htm
And in my browser the text is black on black except for one endif.
Anyway, I found this
http://kb.mozillazine.org/SupportEmptyParas_tags_in_HTML_messages
I'm still confused why it is showing the comment in that page. When I test it in my own page the comment is hidden. Perhaps some css setting?
