Overall I have nothing to complain about. Didn't look at the code so all just visual issues.
my 2 cents ;)
the header image is nice. Teh navigation needs something though. Maybe make them have a background of #7F281E and with the cream colored text. On hove maybe just swap it. Right now they are just there while everythign else has a deffinate place. Plus it would block off the header more.
There is a maroon stripe going down the left side on FF. I guess it's there on all browsers, why is it there?
Snce your using a fixed with and jpgs for your rounded corners, clean them up a little. they are jagged. Most people wont care but since it's not fluid and not gifs, i see no reason for them not to be smoother.
since the page isnt supposed to go all the way to the bottom, either make it do so or raise the bottom margin some. right now the bottom drop shadow is right at the page end. looks cramped. Either give it rom to breathe or take it all the way.
on that, a footer with a inverse of the header (save the car) would probally work out as well.
all in all, simple and it works. just some minor graphical issues that get me.

Looks cool at first, couple of issues though:
Maroon strip as raised by previous poster looks ugly and doesn't seem to have a purpose.
Site doesn't like bigger text. I browse at 14px minimum and all the text breaks outside of your rounded corner boxes on the homepage, which looks pretty unprofessional. Doesn't seem to be an issue on other pages though.
The titles on the gallery pages (Search, Latest Uploaded Images etc) need left padding as they are touching the edge of the boxes they sit in.
I don't know if you care but you have 80 XHTML Errors (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.rallystuff.net%2FIndex.aspx) on your homepage alone.
