gif with blue outline on link

Hi

Could you please tell me why when i draw a image map(hyperlink ) over some animated gif it gets a blue line arround it
and others when i do the same thing no out line.

then also if i just hyper link the picture
i also sometimes get a blue line and sometimes not.



do you have any ideas????
