Network News broadcast

Hi!

Is it possible to scroll News items in my LAN users Desktops from server or from a particular system?

Just as a News service to my Network Users!!
Any application is there to do this?

I know this is possible through Outlook and Exchange Server. Go to Microsoft's site and review information pertaining to Digital Dashboard technologies; you might find some information there.
