PHP Link Indexing Script

Can someone please help me. I've been searching for almost two weeks, and still have had no luck.

I'm trying to obtain a PHP link indexing script.

I looked at LinksCaffe, http://www3.sympatico.ca/zunic, but I don't got money. Or atleast that much.

Of course, it should be easy to customize it - because I'll be doing that alot. But the important features I'm interested in are the rate feature (where users can rate a link), the add review feature (where users can add a review of the site listed, and with that a view review feature (where users can simply view the reviews), a link counter (where the total hits are counted for the link, and a daily one as well), a date added script, a tell-a-friend feature (if not, I'll try to implement that myself), a feature that requires the user to choose a username and password when adding their link (so they can modify it later), a search feature, and of course, an admin area for deleting, etc.

I guess that's too much, but I'll look at what anyone refers to me.

Try http://www.hotscripts.com/ you might find a "ready-made" script for free there (they have over 3k of scripts on their site).

Yeah, I checked there. I checked the whole Link Indexing category, but none had it all. Some had this, some had that, but not all. Think of somewhere else I can get it?

phplinks probably comes closest to what you want - I've only played with it, so can't remember if it can do everything you want.

One annoying thing is the country flag it puts with each link - but you can kludge your way around that by simply replacing all the country flag gifs with clear gifs.
