Hello,
We have a client that we print business cards for............this client has 3 different locations but all of their cards are designed the same.
Here is what we currently do for them.......once they tell us which location they want, we change the "name, phone, fax, and email" on the business card template.........optional items that can appear, depending on the employee, are the "job title, division, and cell phone.
This client likes things simple and they are looking for a way to place their business card orders with us online.
- They would like a simple form they can use to enter their information.
- A drop-down menu to select one of the three locations.
- Once entered they would like to be able to preview the card.
- If the card is OK they would submit it for an order.
- If they card is not OK they would need to click to edit their information.
- We want to be able to take their credit card information.
- The qty per each card order will always be 500ct.
- We would like the file that came from the form to be a print ready PDF.

(Note: All options would be fixed. The client would not be able to change fonts, colors, etc.)
This is about all the information I have currently. Please PM me if you are interested or have questions.
This is a paid project.
Past experience with something like this and/or examples of previous similiar projects is a plus.
