Upload all of your files on to your server directory, e.g. /forum. Once you have done that, go to www.mysite.com/forum, and enter all the information that the installation asks for.

Download the config.sys file, and upload it again.

Easy.

what if i dont have a server yet,
like im building a web-site
and i want to check if the forum will work

You need to run it on a server. No way around it. To test it works on your PC, I'd reccomend you download PhpDev http://www.firepages.com.au
