    Changing/Adding path for Apache

My current Apache path in httpd.conf is:

    <-- DocumentRoot "/Library/Apache2/htdocs" ***I think

I would like to add a path to:

    <--- /username/site

Can I just add a line underneath it?

Apache configurations have nothing to do with PHP coding.

Moving to a more appropriate forum...

I am attempting to make PHP files load in another directory of my machine, to do this I will have to change the paths in Apache, I think?!? Perhaps I am barking up the wrong tree. Should I be changing something in my a PHP configuration file?

How exactly did you install it because it should run from any directory?

Thanks for the interest in helping me out, I sure needed it........I figured out that I had to set up PHP to run global + yes so that it would run in the subdirectories. This was not Apples default setting. I have come a long way, but I have decided just to edit my shopping cart with the admin tool on my offsite server instead of trying to install MYSQL and so on on my OSX machine. It is a bit beyond my skill level at this point....I will come back to it once the site is up and doing business.

    Thanks
