    Apache requesting wrong Url

    I have two html files in Folder A, File1.html and File2.html, each with similar forms. Both forms are executing PHP files in form action. The PHP files File1.php and File2.php are both located in a PHP subfolder, A/PHP/

    File1.html form action is
    Code:
    action="./PHP/File1.php"
    File2.html form action is
    Code:
    action="./PHP/File2.php"
    The form in File1.html executes correctly, however when I click submit in File2.html, I get
    The requested URL /A/File2.php was not found on this server.
    Apache/2.4.23 (Win64) PHP/5.6.25 Server at project Port 80

    Why is Apache requesting the wrong Url?

    What OS are you running in. If it's Linux, then check the filenames. Under Linux, the filenames are case sensitive.
