    Limit a directory only accessible to local host.

    Hi, I need to limit a directory can only be accessed from localhost and block any tips other than 127.0.0.1.
    In my .htaccess looks like this
    <Directory “/localhost/protected directory...”>
    Require all granted
    Require ip 127.0.0.1
    </Directory>

    I keep getting Internal Server Error.
    Even if I just put in only

    <Directory>
    "With nothing in between"
    </Directory>

    I still get the same error, what am I doing wrong? I set up the server on macOS 10.12.1, the web root path is /Library/WebServer/Documents
