WAMP 2.5 Local Network virtual host sites

    Hi all,

I have been trying to do something for a long time, but I have never got it working. I would have thought that it would be something easy to do.

I have three computers going through a router by ethernet cable. One of these has wamp server 2.5 on it. I would quite like to try get the other two computers to view a website that sits on it. I have set up a virtual host for example my-website.dev I would like the other two computers to view.

Does anyone know of a step by step process out there on how to achieve this? Nothing good on youtube either.

    Any help most appriciated.

Add your wanted DNS into hosts file of the target machines.
    Something like
    192.168.1.44 my-website.dev

Yeah I'm aware something needs to be done with that. There's is also httpd-conf and maybe further editing on httpd-vhost.conf.

Seen lots of information with different ways of doing things though not conviced they are exactly the way I want to acheive.

All three machines are on Windows 10 if that helps
