    Identical vhost config is denied access

    Hi!

    This one is confusing the life out of me!

    Now the first virtual host phpadmin.dev works fine and the last virtual host ftsc2.dev work find as well. The middle one ftsc1.dev give me access denied! (below is my vhost.conf file)

    This is right from the apache log for that ftsc1.dev host
    [Tue Mar 05 18:59:10 2013] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Directory index forbidden by Options directive: E:/www/ftsc-v1.0/
    I know I don't need most of the stuff in the <Directory> options, I was just screwing around at one point to see what they did.

    I appreciate any insight that is given .. this blowing my mind ATM!

    Code:
    NameVirtualHost *:80

    <VirtualHost *:80>
    	ServerAdmin webmaster@localhost
    	DocumentRoot "E:/www/phpmyadmin"
    	ServerName phpadmin.dev
        ErrorLog "logs/phpmyadmin-error.log"
        CustomLog "logs/phpmyadmin-access.log" combined
    	DirectoryIndex index.php index.html index.htm index.shtml
    	<Directory "E:/www/phpmyadmin">
    		Options Indexes FollowSymLinks Includes ExecCGI MultiViews
    		AllowOverride All
    		Order allow,deny
    		Allow from all
    	</Directory>
    </VirtualHost>

    <VirtualHost *:80>
    	ServerAdmin webmaster@localhost
    	DocumentRoot "E:/www/ftsc-v1.0"
    	ServerName ftsc1.dev
        ErrorLog "logs/ftsc-v1.0.log"
        CustomLog "logs/ftsc-v1.0.log" combined
    	DirectoryIndex index.php index.html index.htm index.shtml

    		IndexOptions DescriptionWidth=* NameWidth=* FancyIndexing FoldersFirst ScanHTMLTitles
    		AllowOverride All
    		Order allow,deny
    		Allow from all
    	</Directory>
    </VirtualHost>

    <VirtualHost *:80>
    	ServerAdmin webmaster@localhost
    	DocumentRoot "E:/www/ftsc-v2.0"
    	ServerName ftsc2.dev

    	DirectoryIndex index.php index.html index.htm index.shtml
