    How to disable caching with .htaccess?

    I want to disable page caching from google and other search engines using .htaccess. Does anyone know what code should i use in the .htaccess file to disable caching?

    The object being your site/page stays private (not found in search engines)?

    If your referring to google returning a cached version of your site, then this is what you want. Just add this to the head section of your pages:

    Code:
    <meta name="robots" content="noarchive">
    And that should stop google and other search engines from showing a cached version of your site.
