How To Tell Apache To Listen To ALL Ip Addresses

I've recently set up a web server. (The Operating System is Debian 6.05.)

My Apache's httpd.conf file doesn't have anything inside of it. Currently my web server can be viewed on my network from all of my devices.

But on outside devices, clients, etc.. The web-server doesn't show up.

How can I tell Apache2 too listen to all IP addresses? Would I need to specify any ports?

    Thanks.

    SOLVED

My ISP blocks port 80. I'll just forward the port.
