    Make all files inside a folder downloadable

    I currently have a folder titled "Downloads" and inside are various assertions of files which I want to be able to be downloaded by my community. In this folder, I have a file (.htaccess) which contains this:
    Code:
    <Files *.*>
      ForceType application/octet-stream
      Header set Content-Disposition attachment
    </Files>
    Which I'm told allows all my files to be downloaded, however, the files are not downloading. For example: http://www.mediaphiles.net/uploads/advert(4442251).png

    Another note, the folder is CHMOD 777 if that matters.

    This hasn't a thing to do with PHP, moving to apache configurations.
    Mine forces a download just fine - clear your cache and try again.
