Here is the full file. I'm trying to get a better score on YSlow by getting rid of etags and adding expires headers but the score isn't changing. Do I have to set permissions on .htaccess? If so, how? I can't seem to change it through my FTP program which is how I usually do it. Hosting is with Go Daddy.
