    Question URL Rewriting

    Hi...

Readable URLs are always nice. I wanted to manipulate an URL which is horrible to look at. Ex; http://www.example.com/viewcatalog.a...hats&prodID=55 This is horrible URL with (?, &, =) signs. I want to make it simple and readable for user...Ex; http://www.abc.com/xyz2/xyz.htm

I know, this can be done by using IFRAME , but is there any other method which can make it happen? I have completed my web site into HTML.

    Please help me out.

I think this can be done using some manipulation in you .htaccess file.

I have done this many times for ASP.Net sites using the HttpContext.RewritePath method. As for a Linux site, technicais right that this can be done by modifying the .htaccess file.
