    ///////////here is the jquery code
    Code:
    $('#submit').click(function() {
    	subs=$('#submit');
    	seltask=$('select#CAT_Custom_330690:selected').val();
    	selskills=$('select#CAT_Custom_330692:selected').val();
    	seldesign=$('select#CAT_Custom_330694:selected').val();
    	sellevelpay=$('select#CAT_Custom_332428:selected').val();
    	sellevel=$('select#CAT_Custom_330690:selected').val();

    	data= 'CAT_Custom_330690' + sel + 'CAT_Custom_330692' + selskills + 'CAT_Custom_330694' + seldesign + 'CAT_Custom_332428' + sellevelpay + 'CAT_Custom_332429' + sellevel;

    subs.ajax({
      type:"POST",
      data:data,
      url:"/Default.aspx?CCID=21007&FID=111728&ExcludeBoolFalse=True&PageID=facts-and-answers" ,
      cache: false,
      success: function(html){
        $("#results").append(html);
      }
    });
    return false;
    });
    });
    and here is the form ...
    Code:
     <form name="catcustomcontentform66766" id="searchn" method="post" onsubmit="return checkWholeForm66766(this)" action="/Default.aspx?CCID=21007&amp;FID=111728&amp;ExcludeBoolFalse=True&amp;PageID=facts-and-answers">

    First of all, there is a parentheses mismatch. The final "});" is too much. But maybe this is a copy/paste issue.

    Second: There is no such thing as "element.ajax" in jQuery. It's always just $.ajax
