    IE Problem

    http://hosting.actwebdesigns.co.uk/ is my site. As you scroll down there is a form called "hosting customiser" which works perfect apart from in IE. It seems to make 1 request and then no more?? can anyone see why?

    Code:
    // JavaScript Document
    jQuery(document).ready(hostCalc);
    function hostCalc() {
        $("select").change(function () {
            var diskSpace = jQuery("#diskSpace :selected").text();
            var bandwidth = jQuery('#bandwidth :selected').text();
            var subDomains = jQuery('#subDomains :selected').text();
            var additionalFTP = jQuery('#additionalFTP :selected').text();
            var mysqlDatabases = jQuery('#mysqlDatabases :selected').text();
            var emailForwarding = jQuery('#emailForwarding :selected').text();
            var AutoResponders = jQuery('#autoResponders :selected').text();
            var emailDistributionLists = jQuery('#emailDistributionLists :selected').text();
            var mailBoxes = jQuery('#mailBoxes :selected').text();
            var operatingSystem = jQuery('#operatingSystem :selected').text();
            var oneClick = jQuery('#oneClick :selected').text();

            $.ajax({
                type: "GET",
                data: 'diskSpace=' + diskSpace + '&bandwidth=' + bandwidth + '&subDomains=' + subDomains + '&additionalFTP=' + additionalFTP + '&mysqlDatabases=' + mysqlDatabases + '&emailForwarding=' + emailForwarding + '&AutoResponders=' + AutoResponders + '&emailDistributionLists=' + emailDistributionLists + '&mailBoxes=' + mailBoxes + '&operatingSystem=' + operatingSystem + '&oneClick=' + oneClick,
                url: 'hostCalc.php',
                cache: false,
                timeout: 7000,
                error: function () {
                    $("#cost").html("error");
                },
                success: function (html) {
                    $("#cost").html(html);
                }
            });
        });
    }

    I have just changed it to this:

    Code:
    jQuery(document).ready(hostCalc);
    function hostCalc() {
        $("select").change(function () {
    		alert("Sorry but the hosting customiser is currently down for maintenance. #0001");
            var diskSpace = jQuery("#diskSpace :selected").text();
            var bandwidth = jQuery('#bandwidth :selected').text();
            var subDomains = jQuery('#subDomains :selected').text();
            var additionalFTP = jQuery('#additionalFTP :selected').text();
            var mysqlDatabases = jQuery('#mysqlDatabases :selected').text();
            var emailForwarding = jQuery('#emailForwarding :selected').text();
            var AutoResponders = jQuery('#autoResponders :selected').text();
            var emailDistributionLists = jQuery('#emailDistributionLists :selected').text();
            var mailBoxes = jQuery('#mailBoxes :selected').text();
            var operatingSystem = jQuery('#operatingSystem :selected').text();
            var oneClick = jQuery('#oneClick :selected').text();

            $.ajax({
                type: "GET",
                data: 'diskSpace=' + diskSpace + '&bandwidth=' + bandwidth + '&subDomains=' + subDomains + '&additionalFTP=' + additionalFTP + '&mysqlDatabases=' + mysqlDatabases + '&emailForwarding=' + emailForwarding + '&AutoResponders=' + AutoResponders + '&emailDistributionLists=' + emailDistributionLists + '&mailBoxes=' + mailBoxes + '&operatingSystem=' + operatingSystem + '&oneClick=' + oneClick,
                url: 'hostCalc.php',
                cache: false,
                timeout: 7000,
                error: function () {
                    $("#cost").html("error");
                },
                success: function (html) {
                    $("#cost").html(html);
    				alert("Sorry but the hosting customiser is currently down for maintenance. #0002");
                }
            });
        });
    }
    it pops up twice therefor sending request and retrieving but somethings not right... is there something wrong with the variables to collect the data?

    It seems to only gather data from MySQLDatabases select menu.
