    Pronouncing AJAX

    I'm just curious, because I learned ajax from online tuts (which may be why im soooo bad at it, see the two below threads) how would you pronounce AJAX? Would you say the letters?

    Just curious...I never knew this...

    Looks like an acronym rather than plain initalism to me, so I pronounce it Ay-Jacks

    I pronounce it the same as CyanLight, like the cleaning product.

    Yes, that's how I pronounce it as well. Just wondering if I had it all wrong

    The originator of the term Ajax states that it is just a word and not an acronym. It should not be written in all capitals.
